Jace Woodrum

Jace Woodrum is the Deputy Director for One Colorado, leading its program and operations. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s messaging and public education, field and online organizing, and day-to-day administration. Before becoming Deputy Director, Jace served One Colorado as Communications Manager.

Prior to joining One Colorado, Jace ran his own interactive marketing business, providing clients with website development, social media strategy, and digital communications services. Before striking out on his own as a consultant, Jace worked for almost five years at ADCO, a full-service marketing agency. During that time, he served in many roles—as Account Executive, Copywriter, and Director of New Media.

Jace comes to Colorado from South Carolina where he served on the Board of Directors and as an active volunteer for South Carolina Equality, the state’s LGBT equality organization. As a volunteer, he oversaw all the organization’s communications, including its website, social media outreach, e-mail marketing, and direct mail.

Jace was born and raised in South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in English. He and his wife, Addison, were thrilled to move to Denver, a city and a community that helped Jace discover his identity as transgender.
