Freedom for All: Queer Youth Summit

The 2026 One Colorado GSA Youth Summit is coming to Salida, Colorado! This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Thriving Through Learning and Resistance,” is a two-day event dedicated to leadership development, advocacy, and community connection for LGBTQIA+ youth, educators, and allies statewide.
Since its inception in 2014, One Colorado’s Queer Youth Summit has provided a vital, safe environment for LGBTQIA+ students to address the challenges they face in schools. By partnering with Gender & Sexuality Alliances (GSAs) statewide, the summit serves as a forum for students, parents, and educators to connect through workshops, panels, and interactive dialogue.
This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Thriving Through Learning and Resistance,” focuses on building collective power, resilience, and leadership within our community. We are officially seeking workshop facilitators and resource vendors to help make this two-day event an empowering experience for youth, educators, and allies across Colorado.
